The client
Once home to cotton manufacturing, Torr Vale Mill is now home to a unique and exclusive wedding venue, but also; individual office and retail spaces, three holiday cottages renovated from the mill outbuildings, The Shrub Club (a dog-friendly boutique bar) and The Cheese Wheel - an artisan cheese, craft beer and wine shop.
The requirement
As part of major renovation works undertaken by Martin Brooks Roofing Ltd, due to the access limitations on site, Eurosafe was contracted to provide specialist rope access services.
The solution
Works undertaken on site consisted of the removal of existing damaged downpipes, followed by the installation of approximately 150 metres of replacement cast iron downpipes, including localised stonework repair.
