With offices spanning across Europe we design, install, and maintain specialist height safety and access equipment.

Each safety system or piece of equipment that we install requires a periodic inspection, just as a car requires an annual MOT.
Our Test & Inspection division, which you will be employed within provides this service.

Main purpose of the job:

To regularly contact a client base to renew their contracts and look for opportunities to increase overall basket size.  Ensure information is kept up to date and quotations are progressed. Deal with customer enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Key tasks/areas, duties and responsibilities:

Using an existing database, you will be responsible for the following:

·       Reviewing clients contracts prior to calling to establish further opportunities.

·       Contacting clients to discuss the renewal of their contract.

·       Accurately inputting the information gathered into an in-house software system (ERP)

·       Quoting and progressing these as relevant until won using a variety of structured sales techniques

·       Working towards achieving both personal and team based targets

·       Responding to customer enquiries

·       Carrying out surveys and client meeting as and when required

·       Ensuring workflows are kept up to date

·       Data inputting.

·       Answering Inbound telephone calls

·       Making Outgoing telephone calls

·       Attending training courses to develop relevant knowledge and skills

·       Maintaining knowledge in relevant field at all times

Qualifications / Experience.

Sales / account management experience.

5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English.
