An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Eurosafe’s rapidly expanding Test and Inspection division in the challenging new role of Lead Generator. This newly created position will form an integral part of Eurosafe’s ‘Sales Machine’, flushing out opportunities to feed the sales pipelines of quota carrying sales resources and has been created to take on a specific set of functions within an established sales process.
The Lead Generator’s role is a crucial part of the senior management team’s strategy for Eurosafe’s continued growth. The role will require you to be comfortable communicating with customer both by Email and Phone, strong administration skills, natural curiosity, a ‘can-do’ attitude and problem-solving mindset. It will suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, but equally enjoys having individual responsibility for delivering at a personal level.
Whilst there will be scope to innovate and make this role your own, you will not be ‘dropped in at the deep end’. Eurosafe have an established prospecting system and with this role are investing in making this system a specialist function within the business. As such our new Lead Generator will inherit an established system / process and be an integral part of developing Eurosafe’s Lead generation function from there. Full training, mentoring and support will be available to our new Lead Generator in so much as they require this.
Basic computer literacy and competence in using the Microsoft Office suite of software products will be required to be successful in this role. Familiarity with the LinkedIn platform, having worked in a sales / customer facing environment or previous experience in the construction industry are all desirable, but not essential.
• To identify and reach out to appropriate individuals within target companies using an established lead generation process; you will not be spending your days cold calling.
• To evaluate responses to your outreach activities in order to mine useful commercial information for further prospecting and transfer suitable quality leads to the appropriate sales resource.
• To capture in Eurosafe’s bespoke CRM system all information / leads generated.
